Cleaned up the code a bit formatted to the latest Python standards. Optimized all imports, and test. Cheers!

Just a note my editor butchered some of the test, I have since corrected the issue and it is fixed in this merge request.

Thoroughly tested the code from 1995-Present. All is well and ready for a merge.
