adding new features --

• Command line interface (very brittle atm)
• 'pg' option pushes text to csvs suitable for bulk copy to postgres
• scripts to do the bulk copy into postgres db (not automated ... yet)

Needs: Unit tests Better documentation Error handling Refactor old code so the pipeline makes more sense now that I'm using argparser
