zipcode5 is for some reason being filled in with only 4 digits?

Is this in the bookmarklet @ahdinosaur?

yes. i put in $ADDRESS_ZIP5 for input required-zip5, yet when the bookmarklet fills it in it is only is 4 digits. should i proceed anyways as if it worked or what?

Yeah that's a weird one. Manually change it to 94103 before you submit, and I'll look into why that's happening.

Okay, so I updated the csv where that data gets pulled from, so now in CFT hopefully it'll use 94103 as the zip.

Ah I see, looks like CFT isn't pulling in the right zip yet. @thomasdavis I updated the legislators.json file, how come it isn't being pulled in?

Okay, changed the zip manually for now and I'll close this issue, but @thomasdavis would be great if you could figure out a better flow for updating zips.
