Enable Imgbot to losslessly compress images #185

This repo is mostly images, and is 1.6 GB.

https://imgbot.net/ can be used to losslessly compress images and would be useful to use for this repo to bring the size down, not just for the repo, but also for users (websites, apps) of these images.

I don't have access to enable it for this repo, @JoshData, is this something you could do?

This repo is mostly images, and is 1.6 GB.

A lot of that is the .git directory. The congress directory containing the images is 691.2 MB.

Runnig ImgBot on my fork -- https://github.com/hugovk/images/pull/1 -- reduces the congress dir to 662.9 MB. Not a huge amount (4%) but probably still worthwhile.
