It sure does - http://oig.state.gov/ is totally new. It's a Drupal site now.

I'll leave it to @spulec to analyze more fully - but offhand it looks better? The Find a Report page can be searched without arguments. (Though their archived reports may be separate. I recall the old site having a lot of duplicate views of looking at reports, and it was really confusing. This seems flatter.
