Removing .python-version in repo #256

It's brittle and unhelpful -- the documentation says use 3.4. (We should test out 3.5, which should be fine.)

I also fixed the build by removing the dependency on my forked ia-wrapper library -- the IA integration should be tested again against the upstream.
