Add Associated states #61

Add the three associated states of the USA which are lists as Marshall Islands, Micronesia, and Palau here

I also needed this for FM abbr. The python faker.state_abbr library returns territories by default. There are flags to exclude them but running my software in one of those territories is a possibility.
