Please consider adding the name(s) of coach(es) to the .xlsx/.ods import file and Arena respectively (on top10 output). It is extremely useful for awarding ceremony where the coach gets his/her award as well as the champ. No need to print it anywhere except only by demand in top10 - like in feature request #110

Coaches are printed alongside with respective athletes in top10. Should be optional in order not to waste space in regular Arena printing workflow.
