Custom added flags does not appear in Arena after upgrade to version 1.5.93.4 #163

Hello... I have problem in Arena. After upgrade it to version 1.5.93.4 and upload ziped file of custom flags exactly as instruction, flags does not appear in Arena. In previous version (1.5.93.1) everithing working perfectly. Now, when I upload a same zip file, I got the information that file was saved perfectly, but flags doesn't appear.

Sorry... I have find an issue... The name of directory was wrong. :)
