Initial ReactPHP compatibility support #15

Initial support for compatibility with ReactPHP (still incomplete).

Includes:

Initial SPL datastructures support (e.g. SplDoublyLinkedList).
Some PHP 7/8 compatibility updates.
Updates for recent async mode changes in phpcore, e.g. the removal of FutureValue.
Update of PCRE support to now use PCREmu instead (replaces previous plan to use libpcre compiled with Emscripten).
Additional filesystem support.
Streams support (experimental and incomplete, recommended only for experimental & feedback purposes).
