From BIPM: Add support for "mu" and "Omega" in units #44

Issue found in https://github.com/metanorma/mn-samples-jcgm/issues/25

We need support for these units:

Omega (ohms), k Omega (kilo ohms), etc.
mu g (micro grams), mu m (micro meter), etc.
mug/L (...)

in JCGM_106_2012_E document.

These cases are already resolved as: Ohm, and ug, etc. Closing.
