Fix a few small typos in the RI documentation #46

Minor spelling and punctuation issues.
The unit times() method is nowadays named multiply().
Cut+paste issues in comments in amount-of-quantity classes.

@natoscott Thanks. I also merged the API changes. @otaviojava Please let's ensure, a Person or Company in a similar Situation signed the JSPA as the user always shows up in GitHub. Red Hat is a JCP and even EC member, so with its employees (even though not in the EG) this is not a Problem. We shall see, if JCP 2.10 brings changes like the "Contributor" role and if JSR 363 could still apply that. For employees or reps of non-JCP members please try to avoid a direct merge. Thanks.
