Add PlatformSettingsDrawer.DisplayPlatformName property to determine whether to display platform name as label on top of the settings data.
Add PlatformSettingsDrawer.OnDrawSettingsPlatformName protected virtual method to override platform display.
Add PlatformEditorUtility.TryGetPlatform() and GetPlatform() methods to get platform info by platform name.
