Add TableTreeWindow.CreateOptions() protected method to create default instance of TableTreeOptions.
Remove TableTreeWindow.OnCreateDrawer() and SetTarget() overload methods with TableTreeOptions as parameter.
Remove TableTreeEditorUtility.ShowWindow() overload methods with TableTreeOptions as parameter, options created by window itself.
