Merging notebook and API changes

This PR is to address changes made to the data and jobs notebooks to address the following:

• Updated WPST API endpoint URL that now points to API Gateway.
• Updated API call helper functions in api.py so that a token can be provided and subsequently passed to the API
• Copied Login and token retrieval info from data notebook and added it to jobs notebook so tokens can be passed to the process API calls.
• Updated data notebook to list .nc data instead of .cas metadata files along with some additional updates made by Rob.
