Review and edit Jupyterlab deployment documentation by going through steps independently

@mcduffie do you want anyone to help you review this documentation? I think I stumbled upon it earlier today and it looks quite complete, just wondering if you want a second set of eyes beyond you and Edwin, I am happy to look it over if that would be helpful.
