Configure SDAP API in API-Gateway in Unity-Venue-Dev

Configure an API to call SDAP endpoints in Unity-Venue-Dev in the Unity API Gateway in Unity-Venue-Dev. This API will be called from the shared API Gateway in Unity-Dev, but does not need to be compatible with the DAPA standard.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] API in the Unity API Gateway in Unity-Venue-Dev forwards calls to SDAP deployed in Unity-Venue-Dev
• [ ] Test connectivity with SDAP time series call.

Status:

• Moved this to 24.2.3 due to delays in getting the SDAP ingress-nginx component and load balancer to deploy.
• Deployed API in API Gateway for unity-venue-dev at https://us-west-2.console.aws.amazon.com/apigateway/main/apis/cjezi7waw8
• Deployed VPC Link unity-as-venuedev-sdap-vpclink connecting the API to the SDAP load balancer.
• Next step: Return to this blocking issue: https://github.com/unity-sds/unity-analytics-sdap/issues/21 (will configure a node selector to ensure the SDAP nexus-webapp and ingress-nginx pods run on the same host so that the load balancer target group is fully healthy).

This API needs to be secured. I'll create a new ticket for that. Ultimately, the only access should be through the public DAPA API configured in unity-dev venue. A cross-account connection between API Gateways in unity-dev and unity-venue-dev will need to be established.
