SPS Smoke Tests (for this release) Runs during nightly #214

U-CS should automatically invoke the hook script/endpoint (e.g. test.sh), that that service area provides.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] basic smoke test hook gets invoked during nightly (after deployment phase)
[ ] Some sort of smoke test results report gets sent out (probably by email) upon nightly run

Depends on : 1) Coordination with SPS (i.e. @ryanhunter-jpl ) 2) Fully getting Unity-CM venue automation working 3) Completion of fully-proven SPS deployment via the automated nightly scripts (i.e. @hargitayjpl)

This is currently blocked by the management console not spinning up properly during nightly tests
