unused run.sh script #322

@Jonathan M Smolenski, I realized after the fact that this run.sh: https://github.com/unity-sds/unity-cs-infra/blob/main/nightly_tests/run.sh is probably not used anymore. Also other destroy and random scripts are there at the same level. From talking with @hargitayjpl , it seems the active scripts are under this directory: https://github.com/unity-sds/unity-cs-infra/tree/main/nightly_tests/nightly_tests_ondemand

So I’m not sure if you or others here are using that file, but can it be cleaned up?

@galenatjpl Also remove the parent directory that's unnecessary. Probably need to also modify the cron job.
