Document template httpd configuration structure for shared services #450

We should document, in gitbook, the template for what the HTTPD configuration looks like for the shared services HTTPD. For example, what tokens change, per shared service account and how to determine what the values are. For example, what the difference is with the OIDC values. The configuration should probably be almost identical, with a few differences that are specific to the DEV/TEST/PROD part.

This documentation should be linked together, or embedded in, the https://unity-sds.gitbook.io/docs/developer-docs/common-services/docs/users-guide/deployment/updating-venue-deployment documentation.
