Remove project and venue variables from the u-ds marketplace json #486

Project and Venue are not needed in this file, as they will automatically get injected anyway by the Management Console.

This was tested, and it worked. New marketplace entry at: https://github.com/unity-sds/unity-marketplace/blob/main/applications/unity-ds/8.1.1/metadata.json
