Purpose

Added mcp-clone schema and libraries for integration with unity py

Proposed Changes

added schema (swagger/openapi)
built via openapi-gen libraries
Testing
unit testing via provided libraries
did integration testing within unity_py (PR to follow). Needed this published first before publishing unity-py. Need to work on github dependent workflows.
