Add Gerald to Unity MCP account #1

I've updated Gerald's NAMS request to be a member of the Unity team within MCP. There is training required for the System Administrator Role (create IAMs, etc).

@mike-gangl: i've completed the training and have the certificate on-hand if that's needed.
