SSDF Application Packages

Publish the SSDF application package for use in a production unity environment.

Acceptance Criteria

Acceptance criteria required to implement the epic

publish app package in dockstore
publish docker container in dockerhub
generic workflow example for executing app package against input data
- workflow either requires data within S3/U-DS or can be grabbed from CMR (cloud hosted DAAC)
- describe data movement and processing flows
