Review topology with AWS solutions #157

While working through the hsoted zones and the networking we plan on doing, let's plan a design and topology along with associated AWS services to present to MCP and AWS solutions architects to get buy in or feedback on our current plan.

This is to resolve/mitigate some risk on not having a dedicated champion to the networking side of things.

@galenatjpl i've added this ticket to have done in this PI- this is to document what we're doing/trying to do and get feedback on issues we may encounter.

I think we will start to work through this new setup that MCP will provide for us, and see how far it takes us.
