Integrating service-area apps (venue & shared) like Jupyter, Dockstore, Airflow, STAC Browser, etc. have issues with authentication and/or cross-domain/CORS and/or other things when put into an iframe "under" the navbar. Timely addressing of these fixes is required to meet production venue deployment deadlines
Mitigations: The navbar could be a "startline" line type application with links to the various tools if integration becomes too complex. This would allow the navbar to host the information/urls, but accessing would be sent to a new tab/browser window instead of embedded in the navbar site.
