Using the updated app-pack-gen service from https://github.com/unity-sds/app-pack-generator/issues/22, package some applications for validation runs

this ticket cannot be completed until https://github.com/unity-sds/app-pack-generator/issues/22 is complete.

Update- The latest release of app-pack-gen includes the U-DS components to enable automatic cataloging. We can manually build packages with this version to test out execution in dev and test environments. This should enable us to run app-pacakges directly without needing a 'catalog' step.
