Create Tutorials for basic use by algorithm developers and integrators

Need tutorials for basic usage:

• log in
• getting around in jupyter; templates for papermill
• build app
• deploy app (use it)
• prep input data
• run and monitor app in Airflow
• get output data
• run and monitor from jupyter (unity py) and loops (batches)

• unity team member can walk through the steps of the tutorial and every step works
• emit / external team member can walk through the steps of the tutorial and every step works, and is clear (the team member does not require help understanding the instructions)
