dashboard view of jobs based on a provided label/labels. The dashboard should query the WPS-T endpoints and provided the filtering criteria (e.g. labels) and display them back to the user.

an example use case is a batch of work, all of which are individual WPS-T calls with the same label (e.g. batch reprocessing) that can then be filtered on in a monitoring dashboard to view the status of that entire batch of work.

This feels like a feature of 'monitor'. Filter/search within the monitoring UI
