There is a venue-wide shared folder for data and code.

Acceptance Criteria:

A directory or folder within the Algorithm development that shares the contents across all other users of the venue
Updates made within the folder show up to other users of the venue with minimal delay (e.g. we are not running s3 sync every 5 minutes)
