Run the regridding BDCP process from within a Unity SPS processing cluster.

Acceptance Criteria:

Can run regidding of CMIPS data via WPS execution of the regridding algorithm package
Can run regidding of Unity Data data via WPS execution of the regridding algorithm package
Regridding applicaiton package is published in the Dockstore catalog
