The application Package create data products which have required and custom metadata. The metadata for output products is needed for rich metadata search in the U-DS Data Catalog. We need to define a format for the data catalog operations while simultaneously making it "simple" for an application Algorithm Developer to populate that metadata.

Bounding coordinates? cycle, Pass
