Dashboard for providing monitoring and following functionality:

deploy application package/workflows
execute a batch workflow
monitor workflows
manage workflows (e.g. execute, cancel)
data collection creation

At first quick glance, this feels like a set of UIs that may be tied together with navigation. but not a single app (e.g. deployment vs. run/monitor jobs vs. data-services).
