STAC catalog.json created by unity-py should use "rel": "child" and not "rel": "item" #49

James found this issue while integrating with UDS stage out

unity-py writes expected stac catalog so will fix as part of UDS version 5.2.2 https://github.com/unity-sds/unity-data-services/issues/187
