Expose the SPS endpoints for Airflow UI, API, OGC API.

Endpoints must be added to SSM parameters and alsoe be documented in Gitbook: https://unity-sds.gitbook.io/docs/mdps-overview/endpoints

Must ask CS for the latest syntax for the related SSM keys.
