Adding unity_proxy airfow proxy config

Proposed Changes

• ADD unity-proxy httpd configuration ssm parameter for Airflow endpoint
• ADD matching lambda invocation for the above proxy container restart

A note, the configuration is scoped to the project and venue, so you'll need to make sure you spin up a MC instance for the same project/venue before you initialize an airflow instance for demo/testing.
