Very slow with UTSURP and VR #53

In the UNITY-CHAN SSU_URP project sample, non-VR is fast, but VR is very slow. I think there is a problem with the shader. コメント 2020-07-10 162026

I'm sorry. Apparently this is an HMD problem. The problem is Oculus Link from Oculus Quest. The Oculus Rift did not have any problems.
