Update UC docker to include Spark integration #707

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The UC docker does a great job making it easy for developers to get started with UC. It would be great to include Apache Spark in the docker to make this process easier.

Describe the solution you would like Include docker flag to pull from the Spark docker and install the UC components.
