Delete my old branches #47

I've left a load of branches arround, I will merge them or delete them because keeping them around is not good.

I have removed the oldest branches which don't seem useful anymore and updated the 3 branches which should be looked at.

plugins (automatic plugin loading)
github (github features in the bot)
seen_cmd (see when someone was last active/online)

I'm sure the i18n branch of mine is also useless, and would need some build system stuff. In any case, which localisations would we need anyway?

The translation website which I've seen some of the Fedora folks mention seems to support using Java properties files. It also says on it's about page it's possible to integrate it with maven.

It might be worth looking at seeing if it's possible to leverage that kind of approch in some way. As for language support, I'm not too sure - but it would be a good feature to have (providing implementing it doesn't take up too much time). :)
