Finish integrating better math plugin #69

Thanks to the work of one of leonchen in cb7dd18ab70848e319af35556fc2ab53322d4884 we have a parser we can use for the math plugin. This should be finished and integrated into the bot. Once this has been done the postfix calculator currently in the bot can be retired.
