Why not support netcoreapp2.0 and netstandard2.0

@ghd258 I assume this lib is to be used for netcoreapp2.0 https://github.com/unitycontainer/microsoft-dependency-injection. Works fine for us using aspnet core 2.0 with .net framework 4.7.1
