Here is what I changed:

added the source transformation templates for bootstrapping Unity support into WebApi 2;
modified the project to correctly support multi-targeting either .NET Framework 4.5 and 4.7;
added the dependency to Unity.Abstractions and Unity.Container;
added the XML-doc for the library;
fixed the tests.

This PR already contains the fix to the test.

Could you verify if it works and if it does, I'll deploy new package to NuGet later today
