This PR performs a near total rewrite of the Nuclear Operative, Traitor, and Syndicate Items pages. My general goal was to update the wording of the nukie and traitor pages to a higher standard of writing and to convey more useful information. In order to reduce the amount of redundant information in all three pages, the uplink item tables in the Nukie and Traitor pages were nixed and all of their relevant information was moved into the Syndicate Items page.
This ensures that we don't have the same information written in three different places and boils down the 2 antag pages to the most general information to convey more clearly how they play, leaving all the noodly purchase strategizing to the Syndicate Items page. Doing this saves like 160 lines of text.
A portion of the nukie page and a large majority of the traitor page were very out of date, and this PR updates them to reflect the new gameplay additions of the past year. the PR fixes #55, as a result.
Amongst all that, there were several grammar and punctuation fixes and a lot of links to other pages were added which should help improve page navigation.
