[BUG] Immortality Glitch #10313

There is no other issue reporting the same problem.

I was

Client

OS

Windows 8, 10, 11

What happened?

became immortal when i did a weird surgery

What should have happened instead?

should not become immortal

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. implant synthetic heart and lungs into chest
  2. remove original human heart and lungs
  3. you are now unkillable

Additional context

this is a pretty serious bug that could easily ruin entire rounds
