Implementing pip #22

Very useful open source project!

I am a privacy and security researcher and YouTuber.

I was desperate to find an open source way to configure DisplayPort output to non-high-dpi 1080P resolution (to lower CPU load when recording screen using Kap).

Any chance project can be adapted so library and command line utility can be install it using pip?

I know little about Python so question might be naive.

For example, love how easy it is to install passphraseme running pip3 install --user passphraseme.

Hi @sunknudsen:

Sorry, we are so busy, to be honest, & transparent, I don't believe we will be able to get to this in the short term. But, will add it to our to-do's and revisit it when we can.

@uurazzle Thanks for follow-up an feel you. If ever I find time to submit PR (I am also overwhelmed with work), would you guys consider merging it in?

uurazzle commented 3 years ago

Sure, we be willing to review and if it looks good merge.
