Update wiki so versions to use are clearer #1

specially those related to running the latest release: https://github.com/universAAL/platform/wiki/Karaf-runner#Running_the_universAAL_release

use new links for executables: https://github.com/universAAL/distro.karaf/archive/karaf2.2.9.zip (or the updated karaf links for karaf 2.2.11 or 2.4.2)
