The title already says it all. It should be easy to fix since I guess this is just a hardcoded version in the plugin requirements. It should be possible to define "0.7.3 and above".

Again, stick to the recommended steps in the wiki and, if you really want to use the Ontology modelling tool, use "Eclipse Modeling Tools 3.7 (Indigo) SR2".

The tool was migrated to Eclipse Neon and uses the latest version of Papyrus.
