use-package problem #138

eval the use-package config from the README gives:

Error (use-package): citre/:init: Cannot open load file: No such file or directory, citre-config

GNU Emacs 28.0.50 built on Debian 10 use-package: 2.4.1

works after adding :ensure t to (use-package citre ...)
