iOS NotificationsAllowed return false for a first time using it. #103

It is return false, rather than permission dialog is closed, i guess. I can't get any event about that. It would be great if there would be a callback.

I'm not sure if I understand your case really. Could you maybe describe what happens step-by-step and when NotificationsAllowed returns false?
