Error While Building Android App bundle from Unity 2018.4.13f1 LTS #118

Hi! I think when UTNotifications modify and copy the Manifest with the setting, the App Bundle build will errors. Please check on 2018.4, with Building App Bundle check is on from build setting panel. I just double check and this is my fail, other plugins cause that problem, thanks!
